1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany).

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number  once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to Germany, EU countries, and worldwide.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the order date.

3. Shipping Carrier
We ship with [DHL / Deutsche Post / DPD - ADD YOUR CARRIER]. Tracking will be provided where available.

4. Digital Products - Blueprints
If you ordered a digital blueprint (PDF / File), you will receive a download link immediately after payment by email and in your account. No physical shipment is required for digital products. No shipping costs apply.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

6. Order Tracking & Issues

Please provide your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. If your parcel is lost, we will open an investigation with the carrier and resend or refund your order.
